Friends and Donors

St Mary's Music School Trust Limited is a charity, number SC014611. Registered in Scotland number 54504.

Our many supporters help us to continue the work of Scotland's specialist music school. We thank them for their financial and practical assistance.

While our pupils are supported by the Scottish Government through the Aided Places Scheme or by Cathedral bursaries, the school has no regular source of income for capital expenditure, either for buildings or equipment, including musical instruments.

Any individual or company can lend support. Smaller or larger gifts are most welcome, as are gifts to support particular funds, such as our Bursary Fund, Development Fund or Instrument Fund.

The Bursar would be delighted to discuss tax-efficient ways of maximising your gift, or to give advice to those wishing to make a bequest, or to discuss sponsorship opportunities.

You can also lend your support by joining our Voluntary Donor Scheme which invites regular or one-off donations.
